Technical Production & Consulting

What exactly do you do here…

Technical Production blurs the line between event technology and event production. End clients, event planners, producers, and technical vendors don’t always speak exactly the same language. Talon’s Technical Production services help bridge that divide.

That can take many different roles and titles in the show framework, but all are about translating your creative vision into a technical reality.

Technical Producer

Blurring the lines between Technical and Production is our speciality. We help you build a shared creative vision, and then work with the whole production team to execute that vision.

Technical Director

Leaning heavy on the technical, let us take your creative vision, get it onto paper, and define exactly how it’s going to get built. From vendor management, to design, to CAD, to day-of technology and crew management, your Technical Director is making sure things are on time, and on screen according to plan.

Show Caller

Someone’s got to keep the show on schedule! From building a Run-Of-Show, to stepping through rehearsals, to hitting cues on time, your Show Caller steers the show, and thinks on their feet if something doesn’t quite go as intended. Ready Play-on, and send the talent on - GO!

Consulting and Show Management

We work with end clients, agencies, and AV vendors alike to keep the show on track and the team all together. We’re happy to come into your production in whatever way makes the most sense for your budget and your show needs, to help you manage your show and keep everyone on the event team, client and vendors alike, rowing in the same direction. Ultimately we’re all on the same team, and everyone’s goal is putting on the best show possible. Reach out to us for help, we’re happy to be a part of your team.
